Essential Marketing Tools You Should Use in 2020

The world of digital marketing offers a nearly infinite amount of options. I put together this guide to narrow down the tools and services to ones I actually use.

If you’re a business owner, agency owner, or freelance marketer, there’s a lot of tools that can come in handy on this list. There are even some basic software stacks (either Google or Microsoft) for managing your own team.

This list is continually updated. Whenever I come across new tools and tricks, I’ll add them here. So add this page to your bookmarks!

Building Landing Pages and Sales Funnels

  • Unbounce – My personal favorite landing page builder because it integrates so easily with WordPress. (Click here to get a 20% off coupon for Unbounce)
  • Clickfunnels – The classic, most popular landing page builder that thousands of people use. Also a great choice.
  • Kartra – A fairly new all-in-one system. Use this if you’d like easy integration with an email system.

  • AdInboxMe – Monitor competitors’ ad updates

Email Marketing & Newsletters

  • Kartra – Use for your emails if you’re already using their landing pages or other integrations
  • Mailchimp – The classic solution. Great if you have complex systems that you need to integrate.
  • Drip – My favorite for creating drip campaigns. This one is probably a bit better for e-commerce.
